The Walled Garden Cottage includes sitting room with wood-burning stove (logs are available), colour television and dining area; newly fitted kitchen, with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave; bathroom with bath and separate shower; twin bedroom, with one further double bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Outside there is a boiler room and oil store. The cottage is close carpeted, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which are tiled, and has full oil-fired central heating. Contemporary pine furniture has been used throughout.
